Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy is subject to change at any time. The information below is based on average shipping times and do not reflect all customers.
RECEIVING TIME = PROCESSING + QUALITY CHECKS + SHIPPING
Delivery Time Estimates:
- United Kingdom: 7 - 10 business days
- United States: 7 - 12 business days
- Australia: 7 - 14 business days
- Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Europe: 7 - 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days
Important notes —
- All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 48-72 hours of the order being placed.
- During busy periods shipping times may be affected and you may have to check with your preferred courier as to their deadlines.
- Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience a delay.
- We do not offer express shipping at this time.
Processing
To make sure everything runs smoothly, we take 24 hours to ensure ALL orders are non-fraudulent and no charge backs have been attempted by customers or suspicious individuals.
Quality Checks
After an order has passed the 24 hour period it will be passed to our processing team. They run multiple accuracy and quality assurance checks. These processes can take an additional 48-72 hours (excluding weekends/bank holidays) We want orders to be shipped as soon as possible however we also focus on accuracy.
Shipping/Fulfillment
The second stage in the ordering process is our fulfillment team. This stage goes ahead once the processing team have confirmed no changes/updates have been requested by the customer. Depending on how many items in your order this can take the fulfillment team an addition 2-4 days to gather your items. If the order has not been completed within our working hours 9am-5pm your order will be placed on hold and finished the following day*. Once an order is sent out it can take between 7-15 days to be delivered (country dependent, see above).
Request Changes
If you would like to make any amendments to your order please try to email us what you would like to change on info@daisybellissimo.com within 24 hours. If we can't amend your order before it has been shipped, please view our Returns/Exchange policy.
Missing
Once an order has left our warehouse we are unable to change or control it. If you are missing items or your order has been delivered to the wrong address, the customer needs to contact their local post office.
International Taxes
The customer is responsible for any/all custom or import charges. Please contact our customer service team regarding any shipment or import charges.
